How does your sizing work?
Apparel is labeled based on U.S. sizing unless otherwise noted and will be labeled as Ladies, Unisex, etc. Exact fit is dependent upon the style and vendor of the piece, and while we will do our best to let you know if it runs true to size or not, we encourage you to leave a review to let others know if it runs large or small.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Swag Shop gift cards.
When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards that have been purchased do not expire. Unless otherwise noted, gift cards issued directly by Impressions of Beauty for any reason expire three months from the date of issuance.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, items cannot be added to or removed from it. If you would like to add or remove something, you will need to cancel and re-place your order. We must be made aware of the cancellation before 3 p.m. EST the same day in order to stop your original order from shipping.
If you notice an error with your shipping address, or would like to change the size you chose, please let us know ASAP. If your order has not been packaged and shipped, we can make these changes for you.
You can contact us at email@example.com to make changes to your personal information or to cancel your order until 3 p.m. EST the day of purchase at the latest. We encourage you to review your order prior to placement as well as your initial order confirmation to be sure that everything is correct. Once your order has been packaged for shipment, we cannot make any changes.
Is there a way that I can be featured on Impressions of Beauty Instagram page or shop product pages?
Make sure to tag us @impressionsofbeauty and to use the hashtag #iobbeautie on Instagram. Photos we love will be regrammed with the chance to be added to our product pages.
Do you carry any products for men?
While our products tend to be geared towards women, many apparel items are printed in unisex sizes, and many practical items, such as those for your dorm or school, can be used and enjoyed by everyone.
The product I want is no longer available. Will it be restocked?
Most items will be removed from the site and will not be restocked after they have sold out. If an item is left up even though it is out of stock, we are working to restock it.
When will you have new products?
Currently, the Impressions of beauty Swag Shop releases new products every couple of months.
How can I suggest product ideas?

Can I submit designs?
Anybody is welcome and encouraged to enter our design competitions. You can sign up for our newsletter to keep your eye out for the next one.
How do I subscribe to emails?

- Please allow 2-3 week shipping. Shipping carrier used is USPS.
- Exchanges are available if item does not fit correctly. New item size will be shipped once the original item ordered is received to company.
- Refund requests are available if customer is not notified of production delays and passed the 2-3 week mark of ordered date.
